Talent Pipeline Program

The Toy Foundation™ believes an inclusive workforce leads to better outcomes, improved strategy, more creative thinking, and a stronger toy industry.

The Talent Pipeline Program supports the toy industry by building awareness around careers in the industry among talented, diverse college and university students and recruiting them into internship and first-hire roles with Toy Association™ members. Launched in 2022, more than 150 students have been introduced to the industry with five placement offers and two job acceptances.

For toy companies of all sizes, this program provides remote, in-person, and year-round opportunities to directly engage these exceptional individuals and help shape the future of our industry.
